Personal Data Notice
Information about the processing of personal data and individual rights under Turkish law.
1. Data controller

2. Data processed
Contact and quotation requests may involve your first and last name, telephone number, email address, product or service preference, message and communications records. Technical access logs can include an IP address and access time.
3. Processing purposes
Data may be used to receive and respond to requests, prepare offers, manage sales, rental and service activities, communicate with you, maintain information security and comply with relevant legal obligations.
4. Methods and legal grounds
Information is collected through contact forms, email, telephone and messaging; technical records may be generated by the web server. Depending on the activity, KVKK Article 5(2)(c), (ç), (e) or (f) may provide a legal basis. Explicit consent is requested separately when required.
5. Transfers
Where necessary and legally permitted, personal information may be disclosed to relevant technical infrastructure, hosting or email providers and, where required by law, competent public authorities. International transfers are subject to applicable legal conditions.
6. Rights under KVKK
Article 11 provides rights to learn whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and recipients, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where legally appropriate, seek notification to recipients, object to certain automated decisions and seek remedies for unlawful processing.
